A Safe and Convenient Way to Pay
Our online payment platform allows Kingston University students and customers to view and pay fees instantly over a secure connection. Online payments are quick and easy to use at any time of the day or night, any day of the year, from anywhere you have internet access.

Quick Pay
Quick Pay allows you to make contributions against accommodation and tuition fees where the invoice may not yet have been issued. Quick Pay does not require you to be registered with the web payments facility, or have an active username.
Quick Pay allows you to pay an existing invoice if you already know the invoice number or make contributions towards your account should an invoice not yet have been raised e.g. overseas student deposits.
You simply have to select the type of charge you want to pay against, such as tuition or accommodation, and then chose whether you are paying a specific invoice or making payment on account.
Bill Pay
Bill Pay enables you to view a current statement of your account which will list all invoices you currently have outstanding, as well as allowing you to make payment against them if you wish.
In Bill Pay you are also able to view copies of current or historical invoices and credit notes that have been raised on your account.

Getting Ready to Pay
Once you have entered what you wish to pay you will need to enter details of your valid credit or debit card in order to make a payment. We welcome the following payment cards:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Diners
- JCB
Your Account
Your payment will be posted to your account after it has been authorised and cleared; this is normally within 24 hours.
Please note that if your University account is suspended it will take a further working day for your access to be reinstated.
